Steven Lee – President

Steven E Lee, FCLS, IFC, ACFE, President, has been investigating claims since 1990 and has managed hundreds of thousands of investigations. Steve brings a wealth of investigative claim knowledge to Professional Claims Solutions. Steve is most known for his database knowledge and capabilities.  Having created numerous proprietary investigations that are extremely effective in fraud detection.

Steve served in the United States Army as a Military Police Investigator, obtained his Criminal Justice Degree and was accepted to the FBI surveillance team.

Christopher D. Fagan – Director of Operations

Christopher D. Fagan began his career in the industry in 1997. After joining the Professional Claims Solutions team, he was the Investigator of the Year in 2004. Soon afterwards he was promoted to Field Manager. Through his strong performance and attention to detail he was promoted to Director of Operations in 2016. Chris graduated from The College of New Jersey in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science, Law & Justice and a minor in Psychology.  He received his Insurance Fraud Certification in 2006. A full CV on everyone in the company is available by request.
